Business Development Head (Director Level)

• At least eight years experience in a good mix of business development functions – marketing, pre-sales, sales and alliances
• Solid leadership skills
• Experience in selling IT and/or consulting services a definite advantage

Business Development Team (Officer to Manager Level)

• At least three years experience in at least one business development function --- Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales or Alliance
• Experience in selling/marketing IT solutions or education is a definite advantage
• For Marketing – must have experience in intelligence gathering and strategy formulation
• For Sales – must have experience in quota formulation
