Recruitment Manager

  • At least five years experience in recruitment (with at least six months in leading a recruitment team)
  • Exposure to all aspects of recruitment – from sourcing to selection to placement to probationary performance.
  • Experience in managing sources and attraction of IT talents will be a definite advantage
  • Demonstrated ability in formulating and executing recruitment strategies
  • Degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related discipline
  • Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma is a definite advantage
