- At least five years experience in recruitment (with at least six months in leading a recruitment team)
- Exposure to all aspects of recruitment – from sourcing to selection to placement to probationary performance.
- Experience in managing sources and attraction of IT talents will be a definite advantage
- Demonstrated ability in formulating and executing recruitment strategies
- Degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related discipline
- Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma is a definite advantage
